  • We look for the potential candidates and we schedule the viewing with them.
  • We establish and make sure of the candidate’s record (profile, solvency)
  • We do the Lease Writing and the inventory "in and out"
  • We can hold the warranty deposit in our agency
  • We manage the intervention of a real estate firm diagnosis (ERNMT, DPE, CREP) - This expenses are tax-deductible.


We take over the complete management of your relationship with your tenant(s) and if you wish, we take the best guarantees from our partners in order that your investment is safe.
